Welcome to Laura Day Fitness Consulting! With over 30 years of experience in the fitness industry, I am dedicated to helping individuals of all ages achieve their health and wellness goals. My expertise includes nutrition, personal training, massage therapy, Pilates, yoga, and specialty training for various age groups.

For the past 15 years, I have had the privilege of training high school athletes in football, baseball, and basketball, helping them reach their peak performance levels. Despite the challenges brought on by COVID-19, I am excited to announce that my business is back up and running, and I am eager to continue serving my clients with the same passion and dedication as before.
